When you need more cargo carrying capacity, attach Yakima's Rack and Roll Trailer to your vehicle and you'll be able to bring everything along. At 66-inches wide, the Rack and Roll can carry a combination of bikes, kayaks, and rooftop boxes - basically, whatever you need. Its sturdy aluminum construction with four inches of suspension ensures it will withstand heavy loads and rough roads while still remaining light enough to maneuver by hand. When you return home from your trip, the Rack and Roll easily detaches from your hitch then folds flat for easy storage.

Great product if your car is too small for roof racks, I pulled it with a Smart. No lifting items to car top and less wind resistants and problems with low clearance garages Can be pulled with one hand and folds easily (without tools) for storage against wall.

Three times the price of a standard small utility trailer with far more cargo capacity. And it can hardly carry anything. 250 lbs?? Most roof racks will take on the order of 150lbs, so this doesn't give you much more capacity. And a nice yakima roof rack will only set you back ~$500. Lucky mine was free.
